SELECTION PROCESS
ARPL follows a 4-Step evaluation process for Selecting the right candidate for the right job.
- Resume Screening
- Telephonic Discussion
- Technical Evaluation
- Commercial Discussion
On successful completion of evaluation, the candidate will either be enrolled to the ARPL team or will be put under probation for few months to track the progress. The decision to enroll into the team or to put under probation will depend on various factors like experience, qualifications, skills etc.
Thereafter the candidate becomes an integral part of the ARPL family!
